COUNCIL RESOLUTION of 15 July 1980 on transboundary air pollution by sulphur dioxide and suspended particulates
Taking due account of the facts and problems involved, the Member States will endeavour, in accordance with the objectives of Council Directive 80/779/EEC of 15 July 1980 on air quality limit values and guide values for sulphur dioxide and suspended particulates (1), to limit and as far as possible gradually reduce and prevent transboundary air pollution by sulphur dioxide and suspended particulates.
